Services

Mindroutebase provides informational content and consulting services such as trend briefings, cohort reviews, forecast sanity checks, and retainers. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational and not a binding offer until confirmed in a written engagement note.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Invoices and payment terms are agreed separately for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Mindroutebase or its licensors. Deliverables created for a client are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s statement of work. You may not scrape, resell, or republish site materials without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content through forms, or interfere with site operation.

Disclaimer

Insights and recommendations are professional opinions based on information you provide and available analytics. They are not guarantees of business outcomes. Trend briefings reflect conditions at the time of delivery and may need refresh as products and markets change.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mindroutebase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or consulting advice. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
